STUANI is a components manufacturer specialized in air springs components production. Main customers are manufacturers of air suspension which are mounted on the most important European and American brands of trucks and trailers.
Our products are made by cold forming of metal sheets and injection molding for Nylon components, reinforced with fiberglass.
The Stuani Spa organization, based on the specific needs of each customer, can provide prototypes (also very innovative ones), as well as pre-production series aimed to assess the technical and economic feasibility and functionality of the new products (either plastic or metal ones).
Our organization structure comprises:
a Technical department in which our engineers are constantly committed to study innovative solutions and improvement to satisfy our customers' requests,
a Quality department , where our technicians are committed to guarantee the Quality Assurance and Control best practices, from the analysis and implementation of customer specifications, up to controlling all business processes (incoming materials and products, production and finished product delivery),
a Customer service department, taking care of the different customer needs, thanks to a capable, experienced and multilingual staff (Italian, English, German and Spanish),
and, a Logistic department organized to ensure timely and reliable deliveries all over the world, especially to China, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey and the United States. For the sub-contracted processes and the deliveries to European countries (mainly Germany and Slovenia, can rely on a property fleet of 4 TIR, which integrates the shipments realized by means of specialized forwarders.
